To begin with, students can just wear something that's comfortable to move in such as shorts and t-shirt, gym kit, or leotard and tights.

Age range

Our ballet dance classes are for children aged 3 and over.

Enrol

When your child has completed an enrolment form , registered and had a trial class and would like to attend the Dance Theatre for a whole term you just need to pay the termly fee for all of the classes that they will be attending.

Ballet Vocabulary

It's important that students understand the language that the teacher uses during ballet classes. We've produced a ballet vocabulary guide to support students from Grade 1 onwards.

Exams

Students will only be entered for exams when the teacher feels that they're ready. It's not compulsory that a student takes exams, but it is encouraged.
